From raw data to findings that hold up.
That is the whole job.Sinabis Analytics GmbH is the Sinabis Group company for forensic data analysis. Our task is to turn large, heterogeneous data volumes into clear, usable findings: for law enforcement agencies, law firms, auditors and corporate legal departments.
To do that, we build our own tools. Inspector makes emails, documents, chats and audio searchable, Explorer classifies images and videos on storage devices with AI, and Tracer follows money flows in bank statements. On top of that comes our own processing pipeline, which turns evidence into a searchable collection with forensic care.
Software and service are in the same hands with us. Anyone who entrusts us with a case talks to the people who process the data and develop the tools. What we offer in detail is described under eDiscovery and forensic data processing.

How we work.

On copies, never on originals
Every evidence item is forensically imaged first. All further steps run on the copy, and the hash proves that the original remains unchanged.

Every step documented
Handovers, processing, access and exports are logged. Anyone who later asks how a finding came about gets a traceable answer.

Data stays in Germany
Our processing takes place exclusively in Germany, in house or in certified data centres. If you prefer, the review runs completely offline.

People make the call
Our AI pre-sorts and names its sources. What is relevant, suspicious or criminal is decided by the people responsible for the case.
